Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Sell My Stuff is an Android app that scans household items with your camera. It is operated by Agentic Services LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app collects, where it goes and the choices you have.
Camera and photos
Object detection runs on your phone. Live video does not leave your phone.
When you hold an item steady, the app sends a cropped photo of it and a downscaled frame to our server so the item can be identified and priced.
Items flagged as private by our checks are dropped and are not listed.
What we store
Our server stores:
- Your Google sign-in identity: name, email and Google account ID
- Item records and item photos
- Marketplace connection tokens
- Purchase status
- Usage records
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist on this website, we store your email address so we can tell you when the app is available. To be removed, email support@agentic-services.com.
Service providers
We use these companies to run the service:
- TypeSafe Jev receives images to check whether an item is sellable or private, and to assess its condition.
- Google Gemini receives images to name items.
- Hostinger hosts the VPS our servers run on.
eBay
If you connect your eBay account, we store your eBay OAuth tokens and post listings on your behalf. Prices come from eBay listing data. You can disconnect eBay at any time.
OfferUp, Depop and Craigslist
Assisted posting to these marketplaces goes through the Android share sheet, so you post the listing yourself.
Payments
Google Play Billing handles payments. We never see your card number.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not show ads.
Children
Sell My Stuff is not directed at children under 13.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and data. See how to delete your account. Deleted data can remain in our backups for up to 14 days, until those backups are replaced.
